• Kunafa is a one-of-a-kind dish with an intriguing combination of ingredients and textures. This dessert is well-known throughout the Levant, particularly in Palestine and Jordan. The most noticeable ingredient in kunafa is cheese, paired with noodles or semolina, drenched in a sticky rose-scented, and scented with a pinch of ground pistachios. The bottom cheese tastes like mozzarella, while the top crust is crunchy and gooey.
